FOR METALS, WOOD AND STONE

FEROX Line" Flap Discs

FEROX Line" Flap Discs

The type of cloth, the long, coupled lamellae, allow even the softest materials to be processed without any clogging. The removal of steel and stainless steel is unrivalled even compared to the most important brands on the market.

Flap discs Turbo professional series

Flap discs Turbo professional series

The 'TURBO' disc is a professional abrasive tool with unique technical features:
-Reinforced nylon support with slotted turbine profile for improved air circulation and reduced workpiece overheating.
-M14 threaded hole for faster and more precise assembly.
-Support with grooved edges for easy diameter reduction and thus greater utilisation of the abrasive blades.
-Wide selection of zirconium and/or ceramic/zirconium blended abrasives.

Flap discs professional turbo series with inclined lamellas

Flap discs professional turbo series with inclined lamellas

The special shape of the blades makes machining easier, allowing the operator a smaller angle of the grinder.
This way of working leads to a more even consumption of the tool.
The Turbo flap disc with inclined lamellae is made of Zirconium Plus and Standard single flap; double flap with mixed Ceramic-Zirconium cloth.

Flap disc aluminium support

Flap disc aluminium support

Designed to eliminate any kind of vibration during heavy stock removal. Produced with Polycotton zirconium Plus abrasive cloth (TEY line) and new generation ceramic abrasive cloth (UNIVERS line).

Flap discs Univers professional series

Flap discs Univers professional series

The Univers flap disc series allows machining of any type of ferrous and non-ferrous surface (stainless steel, common steel, alloy steel, aluminium, plastic, wood, etc.).
This new generation of ceramic grain allows integral tool wear without clogging, even on materials such as aluminium and wood.
Univers flap disc combines high removal capacity with a longer service life than conventional products

Flap discs Professional Corner Series

Flap discs Professional Corner Series

The Corner line is designed for corner grinding. To make the edge more resistant, the flaps were turned and glued to the outer diameter of the fibre backing.
This process greatly increases their durability compared to traditional discs.
It is only available with fibre backing diam.125, zirconium cloth and ceramic with Polycotton backing.

HP Series professional high-performance flap discs

HP Series professional high-performance flap discs

The HP disc is a professional tool designed for high removal rates. The heavier backing than the conventional one allows a higher thrust and consequently faster removal. The abrasive is concentrated exclusively at the point where maximum pressure is exerted. When used correctly (at an angle of 15°) the HP disc lasts twice as long as a normal disc because the flaps are completely worn out. Main features: more aggressiveness and longer life.

Ceramic Professional Series 3 Flap Discs

Ceramic Professional Series 3 Flap Discs

Flap disc suitable for machining stainless steel. The presence of a special additive reduces the temperature in the working area. Longer disc life and less burning on the workpiece. Heavy-duty work.

Flap discs Series 6 professional

Flap discs Series 6 professional

Reinforced wide flap disc for heavy-duty use.
It is the most suitable disc for professional operators.
The product made of ceramic abrasive combines a high removal capacity with superior durability and good machining versatility on common steels and stainless steels.

Flap discs Series 1 professional

Flap discs Series 1 professional

Double flap flat reinforced disc for heavy duty use. It differs from the 6 series in the type of backing (without the central reinforcements) and the slightly shorter blades.

Softool cup flap discs

Softool cup flap discs

It is a disc particularly suitable for processing:
Shaped surfaces, edges and corners.
It has a cool cut and does not overheat the workpiece. It is less aggressive than the traditional disc, but with the same grain size it provides a better finish. Ideal for machining thin sheet metal. Application materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, light alloys, fibreglass, plastic, paint and welding.
