Years of search e development on materials take the form of innovative products

The two main aspects we have focused on in recent years are the qualityensured by an accurate selection of raw materialsand the choice of disc type based on the material on which it is to be used. It is recommended to always choose specific abrasive discs for each material worked and for each process performed such as cutting, sanding, grinding and finishing.

Below we present the technical information of our abrasives with an optimal performance/price ratio.

CERAMIC CORUNDUM

It is a ceramic aluminium oxide obtained by a special chemical synthesis process. Compared to conventional abrasives, it is characterised by a high-purity microcrystalline structure that self-refractures during machining in regular, small fragments. This results in a significantly longer tool life together with a higher cutting speed.
This superiority is most evident in heavier machining operations and with harder metals. The flaps are made from abrasive cloth 'additivated' with a surface layer of substances that have the characteristic of reducing the temperature in the working area.

Compared to other materials, ceramic aluminium oxide allows:

ABRAPLUS GREEN

Any product in the nylon range of flap discs can be ordered with AbraPlus Green backing, a special material with the same performance as traditional nylon backings, but made in an environmentally friendly way.
Less energy, fewer natural resources and less CO2 emissions into the atmosphere are used to produce AbraPlus Green.
Same strength, quality, colour availability and range as traditional discs for greater environmental benefits.
